Where is my data?
Your log is in a private database on your device, with no account or cloud sync. Settings includes backup and CSV export options; make a backup before deleting the app if you want to keep your history.
How do I delete everything?
Individual entries, foods, and meals can be deleted in the app. Uninstalling it removes the on-device database. We do not hold your food or health history on our side.
How do I cancel Quiet Plus?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google: open your store account settings and manage subscriptions there. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase and never renews.
I paid but Plus is not showing
Open Quiet Plus and tap Restore purchases. If it still does not appear, email us with your store receipt and we will sort it out.
Where do the nutrition numbers come from?
The bundled database includes USDA FoodData Central, USDA branded label data, and the Canadian Nutrient File from Health Canada. Barcode scans and online search can also use Open Food Facts. All figures are estimates and may differ from the product in your hand.
